Tracy Walters

Tracy is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking and has climbed many a peak including Kilimanjaro. Her adventourous spirit and affinity for water has been the inspiration behind her many Watersport disciplines, namely, windsurfing, kitesurfing, surfing and obtaining coastal yacht masters.

After many years as a devout Pilates practitioner, Tracy was introduced to Yoga in 2016 and subsequent to her impromptu trip to India in 2017, she was motivated to deepen her practice and gain a better understanding of the philosophy behind yoga.  She completed her 200hr YTT in 2018 and found herself wanting to share her knowledge and many benefits that Yoga has to offer.  She believes in doing things with intent and grace and her classes offer a mindful exploration of self.
