Michael received his qualification as a Yoga Teacher in 2018 through the Flowing Nomads Yoga School and started teaching for Goa Yoga just a few weeks later.  

Through the practice of Yoga, he has reconnected with his heart and he's determined to help help others find their way back to their true nature through Yoga, breath work and meditation too.

Michael combines his Yoga teaching with counseling for those in need of extra attention when he's not teaching at the studio, as well as teaching children the importance of inner awareness and self love through Yoga and movement.
