In 2002 Dorette began her Yoga Practice and started integrating yogic principles into her daily activities. Even then, she knew deep down that one of her purposes would be to eventually facilitate the unlocking of this power for others.
In 2015 she completed a 200hr Vinyasa Teacher Training at Air Studio, followed by a 3 month mentorship programme with Jay Mac.

Dorette believes that through the practice of yoga, one experiences freedom. A freedom to breathe, freedom to move, a freedom to be still.
