Goa Yoga has become a beautiful gathering space where community and friendships have grown.

We are based in Parklands, Cape Town, where all are welcome for traditional Yoga classes, events and other special offerings.

Our intention is to spread the eternal message of Yoga in a way that is accessible to all.  
 

Jeani is the founder of Goa Yoga. She began her Yoga studies in Goa India in 2014 after practicing meditation and Yoga for most of her life.

Her motivation to teach, is simply to share the amazing benefits that Yoga has to offer. 

Charney joined Goa Yoga in 2017 and now shares the studio with Jeani - teaching Yoga classes, Kids Yoga, Women Circles, Teacher Trainings, Energy Healing and more!

Charney has been teaching yoga and meditation for over 15 years. Having completed teachers training in Sivananda Integral Yoga, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Aerial and kids Yoga.
