Slow Flow

Vinyasa is for those who want to get out of their mind & into their bodies - we flow from one posture to the next using the breath as a guide

Hatha & Foundations includes meditation, breath work, chanting and postures. It's a little more structured in terms of the sequence. Great for beginners and those who want to learn more about the alignment of postures.

Yin is for those seeking stillness & deeper relaxation. Yin is also used to balance the yang of our modern busy lives

Flow & Yin is a Vinyasa with a few longer deeper stretches. Perfect for getting the best of both
